— Andrew “Test” Martin posted a new blog on his MySpace yesterday talking about his WrestleMania 24 weekend experience. Girlfriend Kelly Kelly asked him to be her date at the Hall of Fame induction ceremony, which is why he went. Martin talks about speaking with Vince McMahon, seeing Mick Foley at the Hall of Fame, witnessing Ric Flair’s speech, hanging out with girlfriend Kelly Kelly, and more. He also talks a bit about hanging out with Kevin Nash during the weekend, who picked him up to go to the Hall of Fame. “Of course when Kev and I arrived in the back you could see the snarls from the backstage people, thinking to themselves “oh great, Test and Nash are here,” Martin wrote. “Maybe Kev and I were bullies at one time but times have changed and no one likes a big tall guy who’s also good looking and that’s the real reason Kev an I have so much heat together. We joked about starting a tag team together calling ourselves the HSM as in the heat seeking missiles..lol.”
— The place where a bunch of WWE & TNA people socialized together the Friday before WrestleMania was at a TGI Friday’s near Universal Studios. It was said to be a wild scene with a bunch of people from both companies drinking together. Although, when Johnny Ace showed up, people started behaving a bit better. Ace was seen talking and having drinks with Jeff Jarrett. Other people who hung out together include Edge and Christian Cage, as well as Matt Hardy & Gregory Helms with women wrestlers from both companies.
— A few reports from the WWE Fan Axxess in Orlando note that fans wearing TNA merchandise were told to leave. WWE also sent away a group of fans dressed up as TNA wrestler Sting.
