WWE On AJ Styles Milestone, The Latest On Sin Cara’s Return Status, Former Impact Star No Longer Headed to WWE?

As noted, WWE star Sin Cara underwent knee surgery earlier this week to have scar tissue removed. While no timetable for Cara’s return has been released by WWE, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports the average return time for the type of procedure Cara had is one to three months.

Former Impact Star No Longer Headed to WWE?

We noted several weeks ago that top Luchadors Gara, Jr and Ultimo Ninja were headed to WWE, and while Ninja is reportedly already in Orlando, Garza, Jr might not be headed to WWE due to an existing shoulder injury. The report adds Garza is worried the WWE deal might fall through due to the injury, and the belief as of a week ago is that he is likely not headed to WWE. Garza will be out of action for the next four to six months but is currently looking for bookings when is ready to return.

WWE On AJ Styles Milestone

WWE has Tweeted the following, congratulating AJ Styles on becoming the longest reigning Smackdown-exclusive Champion in company history. As noted, Styles recently surpassed the previous record holder, JBL:
