At the NXT live event on Saturday evening in Houston, Texas, former NXT Champion Finn Balor, who was called up to the RAW brand during the WWE Draft, officially said his goodbyes to the die-hard fan base.
At the show on Saturday, Balor teamed up with Shinsuke Nakamura in the main event for tag-team action. The two would go on to defeat the duo of Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode.
It was after the match that the scene unfolded, as first Bayley made her way down to the ring. She thanked Balor for everything he did for NXT. Balor cut a promo, saying his farewell and congratulating Mojo Rawley, Nia Jax and Carmella for being drafted to the WWE main roster.
Additionally, Balor credited NXT Head Trainer Matt Bloom for totally changing the vibe at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida when he took over for Bill DeMott.

He now moves on to the WWE main roster on the RAW brand full-time, where he is already scheduled to compete against former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins for the brand new WWE Universal Championship at the upcoming WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
