The Usos won a #1 contender match against American Alpha on this week’s Smackdown to set up Slater & Rhyno vs. the Usos at the No Mercy PPV on October 9.
Alpha returned to tag action after Chad Gable sold a knee injury for a few weeks. However, the Usos targeted the knee, preventing Gable from helping Jason Jordan avoid a pinfall.
