WWE has been announcing the inductees for their Hall of Fame class this year. So far, D-Generation X will headline the HOF, and Torrie Wilson and the Honky Tonk Man will join them. Also announced for the Hall of Fame yesterday was the Harlem Heat tag team. Consisting of brothers Booker T and Stevie Ray, Harlem Heat made names for themselves in WCW and have often been cited as one of the very best tag teams in the promotion’s history. The induction also makes Booker T a two-time Hall of Famer as he was inducted back in 2013 for his solo career. Plenty of fans have voiced their support for Harlem Heat receiving the honor, but now some members of the wrestling business have also begun to sound off.
Hey @BookerT5x , congratulations pal on the #HallofFAME . You and #StevieRay we’re some of my early teachers who were a force to be reckoned with. #HarlemHeat4Life #ThankYouForEverything #LoveYaBuddy

Among the first names to congratulate Harlem Heat on joining the Hall of Fame this year were WWE and Triple H, but others have commented on the matter now as well. Dustin Rhodes, another former tag team partner of Booker T’s, called the duo one of his earliest wrestling instructors. Fellow Hall of Famers Diamond Dallas Page and Trish Stratus also had kind words for the brothers going into the HOF. Former did Hall of Famer and former SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long, as well as former ECW competitor Justin Credible, and several others. WWE is still planning on announcing more names for the Hall of Fame in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania 35, so it will be interesting to see who else may be added this year.

During the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Becky Lynch made her return to the ring for a match against Charlotte Flair. Although Becky won the match and was added back into the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35 due to the interference of Ronda Rousey, she was still noticeably favoring her leg. However, she was back in action during a live event in Youngstown, Ohio and wrestled without any issues. Fans in attendance for the show noted that Lynch wrestled Charlotte Flair without coming down to the ring on a crutch, nor was she limping during her match. Fortunately for fans of “The Man,” it looks like Becky Lynch is back in fighting shape now and will be good to go for WrestleMania.
@BustedOpenRadio house show in Youngstown. No more crutches or limp. It’s a MIRACLE! #WWE #wweyoungstown pic.twitter.com/Oelkf2AQqv
