As promised, John Cena made his return to WWE RAW this Monday night to kick off the first episode of 2019, and had some huge news for his millions of faithful fans all around the world. The 16-time world champion will officially be competing in this year’s 30-man Royal Rumble match!
Big Match John has been around the block a few times and is no stranger to the January classic, as this will be his ninth time entering a Rumble match. Cena told the RAW fans live in Orlando that he “would be damned” if he gets left off this year’s WrestleMania 35 card, and plans on winning the Rumble on his way to main-eventing the Grandest Stage of Them All one more time.
