Brickhouse Brown Passes Away After a Battle with Cancer

— It is a sad day in wrestling indeed as Frederick “Brickhouse Brown” Seawright passed away this morning after succumbing to cancer at age 57. He had been hospice care and was thought to have died last week after a nurse said he had no vitals so family and friends began announcing his passing in the media. However, that same day he woke up asking for something to eat which is when it was realized that he was still hanging on.

— Seawright was diagnosed with prostate cancer, which was only in stage 2 and curable. Sadly, he did not have any insurance and so was only able to afford pain killers as a treatment. Tragically, the cancer then spread throughout his body, including to his brain.
