We are living in a world where almost anyone can turn out to be a child molester. In Delhi, a 25-year-old beggar was caught after abducting and killing a boy after failing to sexually assault him.
According to police, the accused has been identified as Amar Nath. He was arrested on Thursday night from his house in the slums of Jaitpur in the southeast Delhi.
