The Walabies fly half has signed a two-year deal with the club, they confirmed this morning.
The controversial Queensland Reds man joins big names like Ma’a Nonu, Matt Giteau and Drew Mitchell at the glamour club.
Cooper is currently injured but is expected to link up with Toulon as early as this summer.

BETWEEN THEM, THEY’VE won provincial medals, All-Ireland titles, Six Nations, world championship gold … and the rest.
Now four of Ireland’s top sports stars have joined forces to support a Yes vote in this month’s marriage equality referendum.
Munster rugby captain Peter O’Mahony, Olympic hurdler Derval O’Rourke, Mayo footballer Aidan O’Shea and former Cork hurler Donal Óg Cusack star in the latest campaign video produced by the Yes Equality group.
“Results have always been important, whether as individuals, as teams or as a nation,” the message says.
“This May, Ireland needs a result.”
The quartet follow other high-profile athletes who have already made public their support ahead of the May 22 vote.
Dublin footballers Michael Dara MacAuley and Rory O’Carroll featured in a pro Yes video created by ice cream giants Ben and Jerry’s while the Gaelic Players Association, of which Cusack is the chairman, is expected to make a formal announcement supporting the amendment this week.

ROBBIE HENSHAW IS the kind of player and personality that coaches must love.
Henshaw and Connacht are hoping to secure a top six spot this weekend. Source: Ryan Byrne/INPHO
After a year in which he started and excelled in seven games for Ireland, the 21-year-old was asked about the looming World Cup as he accepted his Nevin Spence Young Player and VW Try of the Year awards at last night’s IRUPA dinner in Dublin.
“It’ll be a brilliant experience if I get selected,” began Henshaw.
There’s little doubt that injury is the only thing that could prevent the Connacht man from being integrally involved in Joe Schmidt’s attempts to lead Ireland to glory at the global tournament as Henshaw continues to improve with every game.
Last night was his third consecutive IRUPA Young Player award, a mark of his quality since breaking into Connacht’s first team under Eric Elwood. Having made his international debut in 2013, this season was the one in which those who had long predicated Henshaw as a future Ireland starter saw their forecasts come true.
International thoughts are on the back burner for now, with Henshaw focusing on Connacht’s monumental final day Guinness Pro12 clash with the Ospreys in Galway on Saturday, but he can reflect on a job well done this season.
“My target was to try and get a couple of games in the November Tests and hope that went well,” said Henshaw at the DoubleTree by Hilton before last night’s ceremony.
“Thankfully it did and then obviously getting the start in the Six Nations was absolutely brilliant and to be involved in all the games was amazing. I pretty much hit my targets internationally that I set and hopefully now we can hit this target this weekend against the Ospreys.”

Henshaw’s acceleration with Ireland has brought him into new ground at Connacht too, with his provincial teammates increasingly looking to him as a leader on and off the pitch.
There have also been increased demands on Henshaw physically, though he says the IRFU’s player management system has seen him deal with that comfortably.
“I’ve to put my hand up down in Connacht now, I’m probably looked to as one of the leaders in the backline even though I’m one of the youngest. I like taking that job on my shoulders, even though it’s obviously not easy, and I like the leadership role, it comes with it.
“The body was tired after the Six Nations, but we got a good rest and I was looking forward to getting back into Connacht and that normal routine, I wanted to get back and help the boys get a few wins, so it’s been a really exciting year for me and I’ve loved every bit of it.”
The single frustration for Henshaw as he was racking up impressive Six Nations performances was watching his Connacht teammates lose 18-17 away to the Cardiff Blues in March.

That result, after which Pat Lam was furious, along with a home defeat to Edinburgh early in January that Henshaw was involved in mean Connacht come into this weekend with little certainty of where they will finish in the league table.
There is potential for a top six spot, and with it automatic Champions Cup qualification, or a route into the play-offs for the European competition, where Gloucester lie in wait. Henshaw is simply excited that Connacht are in the mix.

“There was a few results that got away from us and we mightn’t have had to dig out as hard as we’ve had to in the last few weeks,” said Henshaw.
“It’s the first time we have a chance for ourselves to qualify automatically into the Champions Cup, anything could happen. It’s quite up in the air.”
As he demonstrated for that try of the year, when he leaped to gather Conor Murray’s clever kick against England, Henshaw is entirely comfortable in such circumstances.
O’Connell ready to make summer decision after claiming Player of the Year double‘GAA wouldn’t be top of my list for doping… rugby and soccer are the big ones’
BEFORE TOULON WENT about putting out fires in the guise of reports Paul O’Connell would not sign for them after all, their main goal for the day had been to launch their new jerseys.
Here are their snazzy red, black and white kits for the reigning European champions’ forthcoming season.
‘Meh, looks the same,’ we hear you cry.
Well, you’re mostly right. Burrda Sport remain, Orangina? Check. Mutuelles du Soleil? You got it. They’ve added an extra star for another year as European Champions, the black stripe on the red jersey has moved down and fades away as you move up the torso and the Rue du Commerce badge has opened up some real estate on the right pectoral.

The big change, however, is the club crest itself.
Seeing as they are working on a Galactico project, Toulon started some serious chin-stroking about their brand. Evidently, that led to a realisation that they just weren’t getting Coke-levels of recognition with a simple RCT above their Lily of the Valley.

Kavita Devi discussed her appearance in the 2017 Mae Young Classic, her ring attire and more during her interview with Wrestling Inc. Highlights are below:
On her training at the WWE Performance Center: “Every day is different, and there is something new to learn every day. From the try-outs to today, you can see a massive difference in my personality, my life, my lifestyle and my work in the ring; I’ve improved a lot. I currently live in Orlando near the Performance Center, and I train there. I’ve learned a lot, and I train with world class athletes every day. So, everything is new, and every day is a different challenge, which is exciting.”
On using a salwar kameez as her ring attire: “That was my personal decision, and there was a reason behind my taking the decision. People think that the female talent in the WWE only compete in short tights, when we look at talent in the United States. So that is the idea, the notion that people have here, and that’s when I decided to reveal our culture and tradition to the people in the United States, to the world. And through this, I also wanted to change the ideas and perception of people in India, and ensure the future Indian female talent that sign with WWE won’t have any such barriers, when it comes to ring attires.”
On competing in the Mae Young Classic: “The experience was great, and I felt extremely proud when I competed in the Mae Young Classic tournament, and when I stood in the ring wearing salwar suit. Also, when the name of the country was announced, I think that wasn’t just my victory, but the victory for the entire nation of India.”Click Here: Germany National Team soccer tracksuit
THE ALL BLACKS haven’t sprung any surprises with their new World Cup jersey, although they say it includes a “a subtle design change” that pays homage to The Originals.
The legendary Originals side lost just a single game on their 35-match tour of the UK, Ireland, France and the USA in 1905 and 1906.
That tour famously included a homecoming for All Blacks captain Dave Gallaher, a native of County Donegal who moved to New Zealand as a child. Unfortunately, the injured Ramelton man did not play in the All Blacks’ 15-0 win over Ireland in a Test match at Lansdowne Road on 25 November, 1905.
The tour continued south to Munster, where the All Blacks beat the province 33-0 at Market’s Field in Limerick.
The press release for the brand new All Blacks World Cup jersey says that “a patterned design across the shoulders and chest of the jersey was inspired by the famous leather yoke which adorned The Originals jersey.”
Adidas say the design was developed with input from Richie McCaw and the rest of the current All Blacks squad, as well as the management team.
“To wear a jersey with a design that represents the nation’s proud rugby heritage and reflects the team’s success since that iconic team of 1905-1906 is hugely significant to us,” said McCaw. “We’re ready to wear the Rugby World Cup jersey with pride.”
After extensive research involving techniques usually reserved for the aerospace industry, adidas say they have produced two jerseys: one for the forwards and one for the backs – both of which “replicate the movements of players’ skin.”

SOME PEOPLE LOVE it, others hate it, but the Haka is undeniably a major part of rugby.
Often labelled a needless intimidation tactic and an unfair advantage for the All Blacks to strike a psychological blow, this video shows it wasn’t always the fearsome war dance it is today.
This video from USASEVENS.COM shows just how far it’s evolved since 1922, and the difference in those 93 years is startling.
While the early 20th century Haka looked awkward and borderline embarrassing for the players, the modern version has become one of the most iconic images in modern sport.
