Ligue 1 side PSG have confirmed that 28-year-old Brazilian attacker Neymar will miss Tuesday night’s clash with FC Nantes owing to a rib problem.

To be precise, he is suffering from a costochondral lesion, which translates as inflamed rib cartilage.
Globo feel that the injury, which was sustained when Neymar’s ribs made contact with Arnaud Souquet’s feet at the end of the 1st half in PSG’s clash with Montpellier on Saturday, could also keep him out of action against Lyon at the weekend.
However, Neymar’s official site contradicted this, announcing that the Brazilian should be back for that clash.
