Who Won Tonight’s NXT Live Event Battle Royal?

Tonight, WWE held an NXT live event in Lakeland, FL, and it was headlined by Johnny Gargano vs WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne.

The event also featured a battle royal, with the winner earning a future singles match on WWE NXT TV, with NXT Title implications.

As noted, NXT taped a series of singles matches last night, which will air in the coming weeks, and winners of the singles matches will compete in a Fatal Four Way match, with the winner of the four way facing Andrade “Cien” Almas for the NXT Title at Takeover Philly. So although there was a battle royal tonight with the winner earning a singles match on TV, the singles match was already taped last night.

Trent Seven was victorious in tonight’s battle royal, and he will go on to have the singles match on NXT TV. You can find out who his opponent will be in our taping spoiler report at this link.
