WWE On John Cena Offering to Be BTS’ Bodyguard

WWE.com has released the following:

Not only is John Cena a 16-time World Champion, he’s also a card-carrying member of the BTS ARMY.

BTS, a seven-member K-Pop group whose single “Fake Love” made history as the first K-Pop song to make the Top 100, is known for their rabid fan following, and Cena has offered his services to help them with their security.

It’s an undeniably amusing thought — and not a bad movie pitch, to be honest — and considering the variety of gigs Cena’s racking up lately, it wouldn’t necessarily surprise us. Plus, Raw’s had plenty of musical performances in the past, why not BTS? As long as he keeps them away from Kevin Owens.

I’ve had a little trouble keeping up lately but does @BTS_twt @bts_bighit need a bodyguard? Crazy because I’ve been touring with them for years, they just can’t see me. #GotYourSix
