WWE has finally released the brackets for the ongoing 205 Live tournament in pursuit of finding a suitable #1 contender to challenge Buddy Murphy for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WrestleMania.
This past week Tony Nese scored something of an upset over former champion Kalisto, while Drew Gulak defeated The Brian Kendrick with both men advancing to face each other in the semifinal round.
Next week’s show will see Humberto Carrillo take on the surprise element in Oney Lorcan from the WWE NXT brand, while another former champion in Cedric Alexander takes on Akira Tozawa. The winners of those two matches will face each other in the other semifinal round match.
