AEW Dynamite made its long-awaited debut on TNT tonight in a major way, with the “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes picking up a hard-fought victory over Sammy Guevara in a red hot match in front of an even hotter Washington D.C. crowd.
After the match, Guevara got in the EVP’s face and the two looked like they might come to blows, before ultimately shaking hands… until AEW World Champion Chris Jericho showed up to absolutely brutalize Cody. The one-sided brawl lasted through an entire commercial break, but thanks to AEW on TNT social media you can now watch the full thing below.
