Jonathan Fatu has been cleared of charges in relations to his July 25th arrest in Escambia County, FL that saw the WWE Superstar, better known as Jimmy Uso, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Fatu fought the charges and proceeded to a jury trial. The jury met on Wednesday morning and only deliberated for one hour, before reaching the conclusion that the 34-year-old wrestler was not guilty. The speeding ticket he received at the time will stand, however, and remain on his record.

Jimmy and his twin brother Jey worked a match on Monday Night Raw just days after the arrest, unsuccessfully challenging for the Raw Tag Team Championships, but have not been used on television since.
