Backstage News and Plans for the Raw Announce Team

David Otunga was away for the last several weeks because he was filming a movie. David Otunga being away may have cost him his spot on the Raw announce team. At Extreme Rules, we saw David Otunga as part of the Pre-Show Panel, this means that he is back. Even though David Otunga is back, we saw on Raw the other night that Booker T remained at the announce booth.
The situation here is that the original plan was for Booker T to cover for Otunga while he was away which was about six weeks. Though unexpected, WWE noticed that Booker T came across better than Otunga and WWE has decided to keep Booker T there on a permanent basis.
