UK Championship In-Person Report
January 14, 2017
Blackpool, Lancashire, England
Report by Andrew Pollard, PWTorch correspondent
PRE-SHOW NOTES:
-Just managed to get in for a sneak peek at the ring setup. Nothing major but William Regal, Finn Balor, and Triple H are here. All the talent around the ring, Regal and Nigel doing mic checks on the stage.
-The reason I was in there early was due to getting our tickets replaced. Original front row balcony seats had been taken up by cameras so we were upgraded to fourth row ground floor.
-Seems the expected attendance is 3,500 or so. Total sell out.
-The arena is filling up, complete with regular Woo chants.
-Michael Cole booed out of the building. Huge pop for McGuinness.

SHOW NOTES:
-Danny Burch over like rover. Devlin booed from the start despite the Finn Balor presence.
-Any and all variation of Jesus chants for Saxon, as I’m sure you can hear.
-Crowd in attendance were pretty split between T Bone and Wolfgang. Loads of ICW chants though.
-The Welsh national anthem being sung by some for Andrews.
-Tyler Bate was the most over on the show.
-Cole still getting massively booed by the crowd at the end.
-Sam was helped out by Regal and crew.
