Indie Star Attacks Credible, Glacier Coming to AEW, New MLW HQ

Fans may have fond memories of Justin Credible from his time in ECW or WWE, but the wrestler has fallen on hard times lately. Credible has been struggling to maintain his sobriety for a number of years now, and now, an indie star is alleging that Credible showed up intoxicated to a show and violently attacked him. During a battle royal at Blackcraft Wrestling’s No Apologies event, Credible entered the ring and threw a chair into the ring, which apparently landed on wrestler Jason Gory and left a huge cut on his head. Gory says he used to look up to Credible in ECW, but he called him “wreckless” for the incident. Justin Credible still maintains that he is trying to beat his demons and seek rehabilitation.

Thank you Justin Credible. Ecw was amazing but now you’re nothing but a wreckless drunk/drugged up piece of shit. #noapologies pic.twitter.com/8URdGeCgsA

Earlier today, a number of interesting announcements were made regarding All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing event. Brian Pillman Jr. is competing in the battle royal during Double or Nothing, and former EVOLVE star Darby Allin has signed with the promotion. However, a name that some WCW fans may recognize will be returning to the ring soon. None other than Glacier will be appearing in the battle royal set for Double or Nothing. Glacier commented on the matter by saying that he knows that he’s not the same in the ring as he was while WCW was around, but will do whatever it takes to win. Glacier also made an appearance during All In last year. Double or Nothing will be taking place on May 25th.

Major League Wrestling is a promotion that is also on the ascent right now. After signing some new international TV deals, MLW is now in the process of changing the location of their headquarters. According to PWInsider, MLW is moving into the Steiner Sports Collectibles corporate office building in New Rochelle, New York. The news of MLW changing headquarters locations comes right after WWE announced plans to move into a newer and larger building in Connecticut a couple of weeks ago. MLW had previously been working out of various locations, but this new move now gives them one central location to do business going forward. The building has rooms to film content, record podcasts, and offices to work.
