By next Thursday, WWE will have taped all of their televised content up to and including WrestleMania 36, according to a new report from PWInsider.com.
The next two weeks of Friday Night Smackdown are being taped Saturday (3/21) at the WWE Performance Center, while content for the next two weeks of WWE NXT episodes will be taped on Sunday (3/22).
Monday (3/23) and Tuesday (3/24) will be tapings for Monday Night Raw, and both nights of WrestleMania 36 itself will be taped on Wednesday (3/25) and Thursday (3/26).
With the COVID-19 epidemic putting the immediate future of just about everything into question, WWE is taping as much as they can to get through WrestleMania as quickly as possible, knowing that at the drop of a hat, local or federal government could shut down production.
It’s worth nothing that these will not be the only tapings that WWE does in the coming days/weeks. It has been reported that certain segments and matches will be taped at external locations, and not at the Performance Center, likely to minimize travel and keep as many people isolated as possible.
This will be the third time Omega has defended the title since he originally won it. He had previously beaten Jack Evans on AEW Dark and then faced Dragon Lee at AAA TripleMania Regia in December.
The Cleaner will now be going one on one against the Inner Circle’s Sammy Guevara in what should be a tremendous match.
AEW has a stacked line up for the show already, with the following segments confirmed:

Drew McIntyre recently spoke with SuperSport about WWE WrestleMania 36, discussing the show happening in front of no fans this year.
McIntyre won the 2020 Royal Rumble to earn the right to headline WWE WrestleMania this year, challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. However, that moment will now come with no fans and Drew gave his thoughts on the situation.
“I don’t think there are quite the words for it,” Drew began. “I had visions for how it would go in that stadium…but right now, looking at the bigger picture, the fact that I’ve got the opportunity to fight for the WWE Title, after an 18-year journey, against Brock Lesnar, in the main event at WrestleMania. This can be a moment of escape for everybody.”
Drew also spoke about how his desire to become the first-ever British WWE Champion could provide a deep moment for people at this time.
“Becoming the WWE Champion finally after 19 years, becoming the first British Champion, hopefully, will make people feel something on a deeper level and that is very important to me too,” he concluded.
An X-Division championship match and the bracket for this Saturday’s Impact Homecoming special on Impact Plus were announced Thursday.
Current champion Josh Alexander was clamoring for a new challenger when EVP Scott D’Amore approached him. D’Amore made the offer for him to defend against Black Taurus which Alexander accepted. This will be his fifth defense of the title since defeating Ace Austin and TJP in a triple threat match at the Rebellion pay-per-view.
The special will be centered around the mixed tag team tournament that will see their first-ever Homecoming King and Queen crowned. The final three teams were announced for the tournament Thursday as Tasha Steelz will join forces with Fallah Bahh, Hernandez will team with Alisha, and Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo will team with a mystery partner.
The brackets were also released which will see Purrazzo and her mystery partner take on Hernandez and Alisha while Jordynne Grace & Petey Williams will face Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green on the left side of the bracket.
On the right side, Rosemary and Crazzy Steve will face Bahh and Steelz while Myers and his mystery partner will face Dreamer and Ellering.
The show will also see Eddie Edwards take on W. Morrissey in a hardcore match.
Thanks @mimynnn at @generation8tattoo for the fresh ink. You guys rock! #ad #tattoo

Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz’s challenge of Knockouts Tag Team Champions Rosemary & Havok on Thursday’s Impact Wrestling will be their last as Hogan announced on her OnlyFans account that she is done with the company.
Wrestling Inc. first reported the news.
Hogan worked Monday’s TV tapings in Nashville following Slammiversary, saying “you guys will be the first to know that this is my last IMPACT tapings and I’m going to see what else is out there for me. I’m so excited and scared but I know whatever I choose to do I’m gonna be the best and that’s on period.”
The 26-year-old has been involved with Impact (then Global Force Wrestling) since 2017. While she never held singles gold, she and Steelz were two-time Knockouts Tag Team Champions, losing the belts to Rosemary and Havok at last Saturday’s Slammiversary. She had signed a multi-year deal in 2019.
For how the match ended up and how Hogan will be written off, here are the TV taping spoilers from Monday.
Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton came out on top in Saturday’s top-ten shootout in Hungary, but with Red Bull and Max Verstappen opting for a different tyre strategy for race, it’s still anybody’s guess who will prevail.
