WrestlingINC is currently reporting that WWE is not advertising Brock Lesnar & Ronda Rousey for WWE events past this week. Lesnar’s most recent contract supposedly expired on Sunday, leaving Lesnar open to negotiate with UFC.
As far as Rousey, she’s currently under a multi-year deal, but it has been long believed that the plan was for her to take a break from WWE after WrestleMania.
Lesnar lost the WWE Universal Championship to Seth Rollins in the opening match of WrestleMania. Ronda Rousey lost the WWE RAW Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch in the main event of WrestleMania.

According to a report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Radio, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman actually requested to open WrestleMania.
The Universal Championship match surprisingly opened WrestleMania 35, becoming the first time that the Beast has opened a PPV, but it was apparently Lesnar and Heyman themselves who pushed for that spot on the card.
The match was originally supposed to be much later on in the card, reportedly being booked to take place before the main event in the place that the Intercontinental Championship match ended up taking.
At around 3:30 pm ET, the match was changed to open WrestleMania and Lesnar and Heyman was reportedly pushing for that to happen as they knew that the match would be better received as the opener rather than later on in the night when the crowd was tired.

WWE has posted its latest instalment of the ‘Day Of’ series, this time taking a detailed behind the scenes look at WWE WrestleMania 35.
The video gives a fantastic insight into the day of WrestleMania 35 showing the likes of John Cena, Batista, and New Day getting ready for the event.
The video also gives glimpses into wrestlers inside Gorilla Position with Kofi Kingston’s WWE Championship celebrations taking place with Edge and an emotional Xavier Woods being shown, as well as a video of Ric Flair getting emotional during the main event.
