Mustafa Ali’s appearance on The Secret Life of Muslims has garnered a very positive response from WWE fans.
The SmackDown Live Superstar talked about his life as a pro wrestler, including his early days in the business, when he decided to portray a stereotypical Muslim character. It went against everything he believed in but he just wasn’t getting enough bookings and needed to do something extreme.
Thus was born “Prince” Mustafa Ali, an evil heel who broke every rule imaginable to get the win. But his character was generating the wrong sort of heat and Mustafa knew it. Ali talked about the moment he deiced he had to make a change.

“I remember seeing a young boy, maybe six, seven years old. And as I approached the guardrail, he jumped out of his chair and he put his hands up. And I remember looking into this kid’s eyes and I remember seeing hate. And right then and there, it hit me: I was like, did I just teach this kid to hate people that look like me? And from that point forward, I created a new character, Mustafa Ali.”
Ali ditched the old gimmick and did things his way. It took him a long time to get over but once the fans finally accepted him, he truly came into his own.
Mustafa Ali recently returned rom injury to compete at Fastlane, where he compered for the WWE Championship against Daniel Bryan and Kevin Owens. Ali lost that match and it’s unknown where he will go from here on the blue brand. But there’s no doubt that he has impressed on every level and hopefully good things are ahead.

The Man, Becky Lynch once again showed her fantastic character and personality when she helped a fan suffering from a seizure at a recent meet and greet.
Several other members of the WWE Universe tweeted about Lynch’s actions, who lept up and helped the fan as soon as she saw there was a problem.
According to eye-witness reports, a fan had fallen when attempting to climb up the stairs and Lynch lept up to go and comfort the fan, hugging them until the situation had calmed down and medical staff appeared, signing a picture.
I almost forgot to tell you guys, Becky Lynch is a really fucking good person. A girl had a seizure in line at the signing, started shaking uncontrollably and couldn’t make it up the stairs. Becky ran and held her tight as she could for like 5 minutes until it completely stopped.

The latest episode of Being The Elite has been released. “AEW Comes To AAA” is about just that, AEW’s recent invasion of AAA, that saw The Young Bucks take on The Lucha Bros. in a surprise match. Also, Joe Alonzo asks for SCU’s advice, Hangman Page continues to work on getting in Full Gear shape, and Chris Jericho does his best Svengali impression.

Sting recently spoke to Wrestling Travel about who he would face if he chose to come out of retirement. Unsurprisingly, The Icon said that The Deadman is his only choice.
The idea of Sting versus The Undertaker is one that has been debated for years in fan circles. Why has this match never happened? When Sting came to the company in 2014, the opportunity to book him with Taker was there but WWE did not take it.
Sting spoke about that very topic during the interview.
“I mean, everyone knows who it would be. Taker, he’s the only guy I’d come out of retirement for now. No one else. We could just never get it together to make it happen. When I started talking to WWE he was booked with Brock and then I did the deal with Triple H and he had another feud going on at the time, so it was just one of those things we couldn’t make happen.”

The Undertaker does not have a WrestleMania 35 opponent at this point. Sting is open to facing The Phenom in one last match. So why shouldn’t WWE finally move forward with this match?
The fact is that Sting is 60 and Undertaker is 53. Both men are far past their primes and if anything is left for either one, it’s perhaps not on a level anywhere close to where they were before. But if they’re healthy and if everything falls in line, the possibility is there that the two legends could face off on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
But then again, this may be nothing more than just another wasted opportunity. Perhaps Sting and Taker are just not meant to come together after all.

Becky Lynch attended the Golden State Warriors and Indiana Pacers game on March 21. “The Man” had a mic shoved in her face and true to form, she wasted no time in talking smack about the current Raw Women’s champion, Ronda Rousey.
“Ronnie, you little weirdo! You can’t hack it, get your jacket! I’m going to chase you out of the WWE, you’ have no business being there, you’ve held that title hostage for nearly a year and I’m taking it back at MetLife Stadium at WrestleMania!”
Lynch and Rousey are indeed heading for a major showdown, along with Charlotte Flair, on The Grandest Stage of Them All. The three Superstars are competing for Rousey’s championship and the match is likely going to be the main event of the night. If so, it will mark the first time that women have went on last at WrestleMania.
Though many have questioned Rousey’s rapid rise in the company, there’s definitely no questioning her love of the business. Her recent heel turn has been pitch perfect because it’s blurred the lines between fiction and reality, leading fans to believe she may actually go into business for herself at Mania on April 7.
Flair’s inclusion in the match was not what many fans wanted, but it was probably the plan from the beginning. The addition of Lynch was an expected event, due to her explosion in popularity in 2018, when she adopted “The Man” persona and became the antihero of the women’s division.

A new stipulation has been added to the already announced match between The Miz and Shane McMahon set to take place in less than two weeks’ time at WrestleMania. The former Smackdown Tag Team Champions will now work out their frustrations and various “daddy issues” in what is sure to be a brutal Falls Count Anywhere match.
While The Miz didn’t quite get his hands on his old tag team partner this Tuesday night on Smackdown Live, a clearly enraged A-Lister showed a new side of aggression as he took out a whole hoard of security guards, as well as several members of the WWE roster including Shelton Benjamin, Primo Colon and all three members of Sanity in his pursuit of Shane O’Mac.

During Thursday afternoon’s conference call with members of the press, Triple H confirmed that the WWE NXT brand will be returning to San Jose, California this summer for a full blown NXT Takeover live special. The show is scheduled for June 8th at the SJSU Events Center.

In a post to his social media, former WWE NXT Champion, Tommaso Ciampa has revealed he is working on ‘borrowed time’ following his latest surgery.
Ciampa is currently on the shelf with a neck injury, which is rumored to be keeping him out of action for around a year. He noted that in 2017 he returned after having three major surgeries in a 12-week span after being told nobody could, and he had the most successful run of his career.
He added that this week he should have been preparing for a match at NXT Takeover, one which meant more to him than anybody could imagine. Ciampa stated that when he returns he has been told he is working on ‘borrowed time,’ telling everyone to watch this space.

Just moments ago it was announced that the RAW Tag Team Championship match, announced just a few days prior to WrestleMania, has been moved to the WrestleMania Kickoff Show instead of the main card.
The match will see Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson, collectively known as The Revival, defending the Raw brand tag titles against the hopeful Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. Hawkins is still looking to break his “defeated streak”, as the veteran star hasn’t won a match since 2016.
